Who Should Attend:
Contractors, cable locators, construction and maintenance supervisors, managers of public and private utilities, public works directors, representatives from coordinating councils, zone directors for the state, and others interested in efforts to reduce damages and coordinate installations by communicating and cooperating.
Meeting Location:
The meeting is being held at the Phoenix Inn in Bend, Oregon. Their address is 300 NW Franklin, Bend, Oregon. Please see the attached agenda for start times for the meetings.
Lodging:
We have a block of rooms reserved at the Phoenix Inn at a rate of $90.00 a night plus tax. Their address is 300 NW Franklin, Bend, Oregon. Reservations must be made by May 8th, 2009. When you make your reservation, please tell them you are with the OUNC or Oregon Utility Notification Center group. Reservations can be made by calling 541-317-9292.
