Join us for a great couple of days in Bend at Mt. Bachelor Village!!

Who Should Attend:
Contractors, cable locators, construction and maintenance supervisors, managers of public and private utilities, public works directors, representatives from coordinating councils, zone directors for the state, and others interested in efforts to reduce damages and coordinate installations by communicating and cooperating.

Meeting Location:
The meeting is being held at the Mt. Bachelor, Bend, Oregon. Please see the attached agenda for start times for the meetings.

Lodging:
We have a block of rooms reserved at Mt. Bachelor Village Resort, Oregon at a rate of $81.00 a night plus tax. Reservations must be made by April 12th, 2008. When you make your reservation, please tell them you are with the OUCC or Oregon Utility Coordinating Council group. Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-452-9846.

Please plan on attending the OUNC board meeting on Wednesday so you can learn how the board operates and protects your interest.

SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS
All sponsors receive recognition on the sponsorship banner, in the rodeo and expo program and at the awards banquet. In addition, sponsors will have the option to have an advertising sign at the Locate Rodeo.

VENDOR EXHIBITOR BENEFITS
All vendors will receive an exhibit booth at the Hotel Oregon which includes an 8 foot table with power if needed. Exhibits will be open all day Friday at the Locate Seminar. In addition, all vendors will have the option to offer their equipment to participants for use during the Locate Rodeo.

VOLUNTEER BENEFITS
Volunteers will receive an event T-shirt, baseball cap and all meals for the day of the Locate Rodeo. Please know this event could not happen without your support! MAJOR RULES:

Contestants are judged on accuracy and speed.

All competitors must attend the rule review on Friday, June 6th, 2008.

Absolutely no access on Linfield campus and/or attempts to access campus plant records unless escorted by rodeo staff.
